Our Tallow Face Balm is a deeply nourishing moisturizer made with grass-fed tallow to support healthy, balanced skin.
Tallow closely mimics the skin’s natural oils, allowing it to absorb easily while delivering long-lasting moisture without feeling greasy. Rich in naturally occurring vitamins A, D, E, and K, this balm helps support the skin barrier, calm dryness, and improve overall skin texture.
Formulated with a minimalist approach, this face balm contains no fillers, synthetic fragrances, or unnecessary additives—making it ideal for sensitive, dry, or reactive skin.
Each jar is handmade in small batches to ensure quality, purity, and consistency.
Why tallow? Grass-fed tallow has been used for generations as a natural skin moisturizer because it is biologically compatible with human skin. It nourishes deeply, supports barrier repair, and leaves skin soft and hydrated.
How to use: Warm a small amount between fingertips and gently massage into clean, damp skin. A little goes a long way.

All products are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.
During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you.

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (after processing) but is not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, if you would like a tracking number please notify us. You will receive a tracking number via email you provide so you can follow your package on its journey to you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
Check the tracking information.
Contact the carrier directly.
If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist where we can.
Warm Weather Notice
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, they may soften in warm temperatures. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.
If your product arrives softened:
Place it in a cool area or refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to restore texture.

🔁 REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the sanitary nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment (excluding shipping)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
